The boys snuck into my bed and fell asleep. It was a sweet surprise!
One of our turkeys tried to go head to head with our car. We kept backing up and he kept charging and refused to move!
We made our annual trip to the space center and enjoyed every bit of it!
This is their absolute favorite thing about the entire place: the big slide.
We had to end the day with some dipping dots ice cream.
We made another visit to the turkey man in Cocoa to pick up some more turkeys. We lost most of our boy turkeys to predators, so we wanted to get a few more.
Christmas was still there, wanting lots of love.
This was the view of the back of the truck as we drove home: a bed full of turkeys!
The school had their international night and I got to meet the Queen in the room that did England :)
James had fun collecting donated food with his cub scout pack. His favorite part was getting to sit in the back of the van with the trunk open as we drove around the neighborhood.
Since there was no school on Veteran's Day we decided to visit the fair.
The petting zoo was my favorite. They even had a wallaby!
Rett kept talking about the "race car ride" that he loved from last year. It was the first thing he wanted to do!
Unfortunately James has grown out of that ride. This was his sad face when he was turned away by the ride operator. Growing up!
This ride went up in the air a few feet and then bounced up and down as it spun around. I didn't think it would be scary for Rett, but after a few minutes into the ride he started screaming and crying! The ride operator had to stop the ride to let him off, he was so upset! He is definitely not our dare devil :)
James woke up with a fever and didn't feel well enough for school. Thankfully Anthony's parents were visiting, so they took him with them down to Cocoa. These were the picture updates I got throughout the day, being sick couldn't stop him from helping out in the garden!
